1. Shipping & Processing

Production Timeline
Every pieces is on made to order basis in our studio. The general shipping time will be within 14 days after an order is placed. We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner and as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. 

Delivery & Address Responsibility
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. We are not accountable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within Hong Kong. For your convenience, we offer delivery to pick up points run by third-party logistics across Hong Kong.

Third-Party Logistics
After the package leaves our studio and transitioned to the carrier, we no longer has direct control over the delivery process. While we will assist you in tracking your shipment, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

2. Damages & Shortages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage or if items are missing, you must notify us within 48-hour of delivery. Claims made after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement. If your item arrives damaged, please email info@massesstudio.co immediately. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos of the damaged product.
  3. Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials.

3. Returns ,Cancellations & Exchange

After an order have been submitted and under normal circumstances, we generally do not accept returns or cancellation. We understand that exceptional situations occur and If you have a specific, valid reason for requesting a cancellation or refund, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of purchase at info@massesstudio.co. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Masses.

Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible, items must be returned in new, unused, and saleable condition with all original packaging intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Important Exclusions
Please note that product photos are for reference only and actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution. We do not accept exchanges based on preference, such as dissatisfaction with color or size, provided the item matches the product description. We reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet these criteria.
